QuickQ terms of service: worth one read before you start

These terms set out the rights and duties on both sides when you use the QuickQ client. Installing and using the client means you have read and accepted what follows. This version applies from August 17, 2026.

Account and use

The account is yours to look after, and use must stay lawful.

Account ownership

An account is for the person who registered it. Keep the password safe; losses from disclosure fall to you.

Lawful use

Follow the laws and regulations where you are, and do not use the client for anything unlawful.

Prohibited actions

No reverse engineering, cracking, bulk registration or interference with normal operation.

Responsibility for content

What you do online, and the content you create, remains your responsibility.

Service and changes

Anything that changes is explained in advance.

Availability

We work to keep the service steady, but brief interruptions for maintenance or route changes can happen.

Feature changes

Features may be added or removed between versions; significant changes are noted in the client or on this site.

Fees and cancelling

Subscription fees are as displayed at checkout, and automatic renewal can be switched off at any time.

Suspension

Where use breaches these terms, we may suspend or end service for the account concerned.

Other provisions

The closing clauses matter just as much.

Intellectual property

Rights in the client software, its interface and documentation belong to QuickQ.

Limitation of liability

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Updates to these terms

Updates are published on this page with a date, and continued use counts as acceptance.

Disputes

The parties should first negotiate in good faith; failing that, applicable law governs.
