These terms set out the rights and duties on both sides when you use the QuickQ client. Installing and using the client means you have read and accepted what follows. This version applies from August 17, 2026.

No reverse engineering, cracking, bulk registration or interference with normal operation.
What you do online, and the content you create, remains your responsibility.
Anything that changes is explained in advance.
We work to keep the service steady, but brief interruptions for maintenance or route changes can happen.
Features may be added or removed between versions; significant changes are noted in the client or on this site.
Subscription fees are as displayed at checkout, and automatic renewal can be switched off at any time.
Where use breaches these terms, we may suspend or end service for the account concerned.
The closing clauses matter just as much.
Rights in the client software, its interface and documentation belong to QuickQ.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Updates are published on this page with a date, and continued use counts as acceptance.
The parties should first negotiate in good faith; failing that, applicable law governs.
