QuickQ subscription: what free covers and what it does not

A QuickQ subscription changes two things: how many devices stay online at once, and how many routes you can pick from. Registration is free and covers basic connecting. Written up on August 17, 2026.

Free versus subscribed

Match it to how much you actually use it.

Free account

Connect right after registering. Good if you only need it now and then, or want to try the feel first.

Subscribed account

More routes to choose from, more devices online together, and shorter waits at peak hours.

Monthly or yearly

Monthly suits short-term needs, yearly costs less over time, and you can change either way.

When it expires

Expiry does not delete the account. It returns to the free state with settings and device list intact.

Ordering and billing

Kept simple, with costs stated plainly.

Handled in the client

Sign in, open the account page, pick a plan and follow the prompts. No extra paperwork needed.

Receipts

If you need a receipt for expenses, write from your registered mailbox with the billing name and tax number.

Renewal reminders

The client flags an upcoming renewal, and a note also goes to your registered mailbox.

Cancelling

Automatic renewal can be switched off at any time; the term you already paid for runs to its end.

Subscription questions

Do I subscribe again on a new device?

No. The subscription belongs to the account, so signing in on the new device carries it over.

Can several people share one account?

An account is meant for one person. Simultaneous devices follow the plan description, and sharing is not advised.

Payment failed — what now?

Check the payment method first. If it still fails, write from your registered mailbox with the time and amount.
